Rob - Jean-Marc Burgaud Beaujolais Village 2011(FRA) - Fabulous winter lunch red made from Gamay. Soft juicy raspberry and plum fruit notes. Slight sappy, minty characters with a fresh, light bodied patale of plush fruit and long clean acidity. Try with warm Moroccan lamb and couscous salad   

Kitty - Achaval Ferrer Malbec 2011 (ARG) - High altitude old vine Malbec from Mendoza, this wine is powerful and velvety, with lots of spice character, well intergrated tannins and a long lingering finish. Try with beef Empanadas.

Mal -Lethbridge Chardonnay 2010 (VIC) - This is a complex cool climate Chardonnay displaying intense flavours of citus, cashew nuts, minerality and gun flint. Some toasty oak adds depth to the creamy textured palate. The finish is long and balanced. Try with creamy Lobster bisque

Marine - Carmes de Rieussec Sauternes 2009 (FRA)  - From Domaine Baron de Rothchild this beautiful sticky is the perfect wine to complement any winter meal. thick in the glass and golden in colour with exotic candied fruits, honey and marmilade on nose and palate. Amazingly balanced. Try with blue cheese or a citrus tarte.
