Can I pick up my order from The Wine Store myself?

You have the option of picking your purchase up from The Wine Store in East Fremantle or alternatively we can arrange for your order to be delivered to your door.

How much do you charge for delivery?

All deliveries will be made by Australia Post. For a list of costs to all parts of Australia please click here.

Do I need to be home to sign for delivery?

Australia Post does not require a signature from the recepient.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere in Australia within 5-7 working days.

Incorrect orders?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are in any way not satisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organize a full refund or exchange, so long as the products are returned:

  • Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging
  • Undamaged
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • In a saleable condition upon return

Please note each case of beer incurs a delivery charge. If you have included 2 or more cases of beer in your order, each case will incur a freight charge.

What if the contents are broken?

We will refund any product which is received broken. Please contact The Wine Store and the necessary arrangements will be made.
